We are recruiting for a new Volunteer & Activities Coordinator at Ladybarn Community Hub!

Ladybarn Community Hub (LCH) is a vibrant space in the middle of a diverse community. Volunteering is a central part of our offer, supporting a variety of activities for users of LCH and offering skills, connection and enriching experiences to the volunteers.

This role will support our volunteer offer from the development of roles, through to promotion, induction and training, support, and maintenance of policy and processes. The successful candidate will also support the facilitation of the wide range of activities we run at the Hub. Working in a community centre can be very varied and this role will work alongside LCH’s small team to ensure that Ladybarn Community Hub is a community asset to be proud of.

The right candidate for this role is somebody who is willing to get stuck in and adapt to the many varied tasks that come with working in a community centre. If this is you, please consider applying even if you don’t exactly match the person specification.

 Job Type: 21 hours per week, flexible to include occasional weekends based on the needs of the Hub
Contract length: 6 months with intention to extend subject to funding
Pay: £23,000 per annum pro rata (£13,800 per annum for 21 hours per week)
