ROOM HIRE CHARGES

 Hall (seating capacity 60 people)

• £35 per hour community rate
• £45 per hour business rate
• Plus £20 cleaning and administration fee per booking
• Access to large outdoor area and fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch to hall
• Fully integrated laser projector, screen and sound system available for an additional £5 per booking

Children’s party rate available: £125 for 4 hours including cleaning and administration fee. We offer this as we know it can be difficult to afford children’s parties. This is limited to 2 bookings per month due to capacity.

Large meeting room (capacity 15 people)

• £25 per hour community rate
• £35 per hour business rate
• Fully integrated projector and screen included

Small meeting room (capacity 4 people)

• £10 per hour community rate
• £15 per hour business rate

All of our room hire includes free Wi-Fi

Tea and coffee can be provided at an additional cost

All rooms are fully accessible and the building is step-free
